So Dust and I have decided to start a new exercise program and this one seems to be top notch. We saw it on TV tonight (Kell you might remember it from when we were little :)

OH MY HECK!!! SHUT UP! I SO remember these videos. I just about died laughing when I saw her do the breath the first time. My next thought was WHY? Why in the crap did my mom have these videos?!! I remember the laughs we had watching these. SO WEIRD!!! And hideous! And yes, Crystal...it is weird that you tried the faces.
I remember watching these at Kell's house! ha ha oh man! I better get started because a world re-noun surgeon said so. Don't want the manifestations of aging to show!
